Shipping Guidelines
1. Processing Orders
Once you place an order, we typically need 1–2 business days to process it (confirm payments, verify details, and prepare your items for shipment). On weekends or holidays, processing may take a bit longer.
2. Delivery Times & Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options so you can choose the speed that works best for you.

When you check out, you’ll see the available options and expected delivery windows based on your shipping address.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on the option you select, the weight of your order, and your destination. We may also run promotions offering free or discounted shipping when you meet a minimum order value.
4. Monitoring Orders
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email (or via your account) so you can follow your package in transit. If you ever need help or your tracking link isn’t working, just contact us, we’ll look into it right away.
Return Procedures
1. Qualifications for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, your order must meet all of the following:
